It is fully accredited by the Rwanda Athletics Federation (RAF) and the Ministry of Culture and Sports in Rwanda (MINISPOC).
Run for Fun
The community fun run for young people and older people started in 2016 and proved to be a big hit with the locals in Rwamagana.
The event was the brainchild of the Rwamagana District authorities and is a way to involve all of the community in a healthy and sporting activity which is of benefit to everyone.
This has developed into a major community activity involving thousands of runners.
